Do I need to use distilled water/purified water?
If you live in a hard water area, we recommend purified or distilled water to help reduce white dust (dried minerals).
How often should I wash my humidifier?
Depending on usage and water type, cleaning to remove scale may be required weekly or every other week to optimize unit performance. And please clean your humidifier before first use.
Why the humidifier still working when the target humidity reached?
By default, the humidifier will keep running on Low mist level to always maintain your room humidity.
How to use the aromatherapy function?
Simply add 1-2 drops of essential oils to the aromatherapy box, and place the tray into the mist pipe correctly.
Why does the humidifier still have fan running sound after switching off?
The fan will continue to rotate for about a minute. On the one hand, it is to dissipate heat to the circuit board and extend the life of the machine. On the other hand, it is to blow out the mist in the mist tube to avoid the growth of bacteria.
